JR agreed to take on the task of selling our family 300 acre farm, which had a 35 acre ski lake. Although the property is beautiful, we knew it would take a very specific buyer to purchase this unique property. The property had been on and off the market for 7 years with no success with other realtors. I hired JR shortly after he became a real estate agent. I knew of his past successes in business. I also knew he was not afraid of hard work and would not shy away from a challenge. I absolutely could not have chosen a more perfect person to sell my property.
