JR agreed to take on the task of selling our family 300 acre farm, which had a 35 acre ski lake.  Although the property is beautiful, we knew it would take a very specific buyer to purchase this unique property.  The property had been on and off the market for 7 years with no success with other realtors.  I hired JR shortly after he became a real estate agent.
